EuroMed Partnership - European Parliament recommendations for special high-level meeting in Barcelona on 27 and 28 November

In Strasbourg on 27 October, the European Parliament adopted a report by Anneli Jaattenmaki (ALDE, Finland) on the Barcelona Process launched on 28 November 1995 by the European Union and its Mediterranean neighbours.
