Debate in Trier

Brussels, 08/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The ninth annual Forum on European State Aid Law is to be organised by the Academy of European Law (ERA) in Trier on 10-11 November. Josef Azizi, Judge at the Court of Fist Instance of the European Communities, will explain recent case law of the Community Courts on State aid, and European Commission officials will discuss the future development of EU policy in this field.
