2 million Chinese counterfeit products seized in 10 days thanks to Customs operation "FAKE"

Brussels, 08/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - A joint operation by the customs services of the 25 Member States of the EU seized 2 million fake products originating from China in the space of 10 days (between 17 and 27 May this year), the two Commissioners in question, Siim Kallas (fight against fraud) and Laszlo Kovacs (customs union) announced to the press on 8 November.
