28/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has agreed to the acquisition of sole control of Alstom Power Conversion (APC) of France, by Barclays Private Equity France (Barclays) of France, controlled by Barclays Bank Plc of the UK. This company is controlled by Alstom Holding and is mainly active manufacturing generators and control equipment for the navy and industry.
