Green light for acquisition of CPI by Electra and CVC

Brussels, 28/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared the acquisition of joint control by Electra Partners Europe SA of France and the Luxembourg CVC Capital Partners Advisory Company (CVC) of the Chevrillon Philippe Industrie group (CPI) of France. CPI produces books and operates in the Czech Republic, France, The Netherlands, Germany and the UK.
