Brussels, 06/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided on Tuesday to bring Spain, Estonia, Ireland, Greece and Luxembourg before the European Court of Justice for failing to transpose one or both of two European directives of June 2003 on the liberalisation of the electricity and gas markets into their national legislation.
