Brussels, 06/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - Following the adoption by the European Commission on Tuesday of the EU's strategic guidelines for the Cohesion Policy 2007-2013 (see yesterday's Europe, p.9), Commissioner Danuta Hubner explained at a joint press conference on Wednesday together with Commissioner Vladimir Spidla that she wanted to focus on he local and regional levels.
