06/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - Jean-Pierre Audy is to take over from Brice Hortefeux at the European Parliament (UMP, EPP-ED) after the latter's appointment to the post of Ministre délégué aux Collectivités territoriales. Jean-Pierre Audy thus joins the French delegation of 17 MEPs from the European People's Party and European Democrat Group (EPP-ED), the largest political force at the European Parliament with 267 MEPs out of 732 from the 25 EU Member States.
