06/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Iranian chief negotiator for talks with the EU on its nuclear programme, Hassan Rohani, is said to have stepped down, according to the Iranian press agency IRNA. The Iranian media have been discussing the possibility of Mr Rohani's resignation over the last few days, further to the election of Conservative Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as the country's new President on 24 June.
