Green light to Continental for acquisition of Xtra

Brussels, 06/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the Germany company Continental AG to acquire its compatriot Xtra Print Holding GmbH. Continental carries out various activities in the technical rubber products and automobile sectors.
