Grant of 25 million euro loan in Slovenia to finance investments by local authorities

Luxembourg, 06/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) is to grant a global loan of 25 million euros to Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) to support financing for investment projects carried out by local authorities in Slovenia. The loan will co-finance small and medium-scale municipal projects in various sectors: energy, environmental protection, health, education, urban regeneration and social housing, cultural services and tourist projects.
