24/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Dutch presidency has condemned the massacre of more than 150 Congolese Tutsi refugees in a camp in the west of Burundi, which has been claimed by the National Liberation Forces (FNL), the Burundi Hutu extremist rebel movement. The European Union exhorted in a declaration that the FNL concludes an immediate cease-fire with the government in order to begin peace negotiations.
