24/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to Spanish bank Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria's plan to buy up Italy's sixth largest bank Banca nazionale del Lavoro. The deal was assessed using the simplified procedure.
