Brussels, 24/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - Last week the Commission launched an on-line consultation on the implementation of the EU Forestry Strategy in order to gather in a maximum of information of the subject. The on-line consultation is open till 15 September 2004 (final deadline), the period in which interested parties can send in their answers to a questionnaire sent to them. The opinions provided will form the basis for the preparation of a Commission Communication on the implementation of the EU Forestry Strategy.
