24/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to launch anti-dumping proceedings against imports of some tube accessories from Taiwan and Vietnam. Interested parties have forty days to lodge their comments with the Commission (unless other instructions are given). The investigation should be completed in 15 months and provisional duty may be applied in nine months' time. Notice of the investigation was published in Official Journal C203 of 11 August.
