Brussels, 24/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the Acquisition by Caterpillar Logistics Services (UK), which belongs to the Caterpillar group, of control of the whole of Xpart Ltd, a subsidiary of Phoenix Venture Holdings (UK). Xpart purchases and markets parts and accessories for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, in particular for MG Rover vehicles. The operation was authorised according to the simplified examination procedure.
