24/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to the acquisition of Life Assurance Holding Corporation (LAHC UK) by the UK subsidiary of Swiss Reinsurance Company (Swiss Re GB plc), the world's second biggest reassurance company. The deal was assessed using the simplified procedure.
