First certificates issued by "ACADEMIA DIPLOMATICA EUROPAEA"

Brussels, 02/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - At a ceremony on Tuesday evening at IERI (European Institute for Diplomatic Relations) Commissioner Antonio Vitorino awarded the first certificates of the Academia Diplomatica Europaea (ADE).
