02/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European People's Party and the European Democrats group of the EP (EPP-ED) will meet in Budapest next week (5-8 July) to decide on its strategy for the next term of the European Parliament (2004-2009). Valéry Giscard d'Estaing will be one of the guests of honour at the meeting, to be attended by Commissioners Monti, Fischler, Patten and de Palacio.
