The Italian group EDISON (FIAT and EDF groups) has sold several of its water management activities in Scotland, through IWH- INTERNATIONAL WATER HOLDING, which is split 50-50 between EDISON and the American group BECHTEL. The latter has decided to sell its stakes in three companies to the fund INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTORS LP. The sum total of the transaction is in the region of 27.1 million pounds sterling.
