02/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the acquisition of Statoil Detaljhandel Skandinavia AS (SDS) by Norwegian oil and gas company Statoil from Sweden's ICA AB, which jointly owned SDS with the Statoil. The deal covers SDS' petrol stations, which also sell food and other products, in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
