02/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Alstom's rescue plan, under negotiation between the French government and the Commission since the end of May, will be endorsed on Wednesday by the College of Commissioners. According to press agency AFP, the Commission will not be challenging the details of the agreement or the deadline imposed on Alstom to find new industrial partnerships (four years).
