The British NGT- NATIONAL GRID TRANSCO- is to buy up the activities of the American CROWN CASTLE INTERNATIONAL for 2.035 billion dollars. NGT will then merge these activities with GRIDCOM, one of its subsidiaries. The new company will have some 5,000 active sites.
