Luxembourg, 22/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Second Chamber of the EU's Court of First Instance presided by Nicolas Forwood has rejected the action initiated by Pablo Picasso's heirs who object to the fact that the German automobile manufacturer, DaimlerChrysler, uses its Picaro mark as a Community trade mark at the Alicante Trade Mark Office, given the phonetic and visual similarity of the two names.
