22/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Ombudsman has just published a new guide for the citizens. This pamphlet, entitled "At a glance…" explains what the Ombudsman is there for. It is available in all 21 official languages of the Union plus Bulgarian, Romanian and Turkish.
