Peter Straub welcomes fact that Constitution recognises role of regions and towns in European construction

Brussels, 22/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Constitution adopted on 18 June is "made for the European citizens. It is also a Constitution for the towns and regions of Europe as it grants new powers and new responsibilities to local and regional elected representatives.
