Brussels, 22/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The parity merger between BMG and Sony appears to be on the point of creating the second biggest musical production and distribution group in the world, with 80% market share in the hands of the four "majors": Vivendi Universal, number one, followed by Sony-BMG, EMI and Warner Music.
