Luxembourg, 22/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Negotiations on the conclusion of a veterinary agreement between the EU and Russia are at deadlock, and the tendency of the Russian authorities not to explain what they really want has started to get under the skin of the Member States and the European Commission.
