Generally positive verdict reached by Greenpeace which welcomes call by Germany, Austria and Ireland to an IGC on Euratom Treaty

Brussels, 22/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Constitution "maintains a sound basis for European environmental policy-making", Greenpeace notes in a press release, while regretting that negotiation is mainly focused on institutional issues, neglecting EU policies which are largely "outdated".
