22/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Polish minister Wlodimierz Cimoszewcz informed the press that Poland might decide to hold its referendum on the European constitution at the same time as the presidential elections in autumn 2005. He explained that the Polish constitution demanded at least a 50% turn out from voters for a referendum to be valid.
