Brussels, 28/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) presented a report on Friday by Sebastian Kurpas , Marco Incerti and Ben Crum for its European Policy Institutes Network (EPIN, a network of 30 institutes and think-tanks established in 28 countries) on European elections in June.
