Guadalajara, 28/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The EU/Latin America/Caribbean Summit resulted on Friday in Guadalajara, Mexico, in a flowing declaration of about one hundred pages where each is tempted to include a message to the attention of their own national public opinion.
