Guadalajara, 28/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Union and Mercosur have confirmed their desire to conclude negotiations on an association and free trade agreement between the two regional blocs by next October. "We believe that with hard work, it will be possible to arrive at a beneficial and ambitious agreement in October", the Brazilian Foreign Affairs Minister, Celso Amorin, said on leaving the ministerial meeting held in Guadalajara on the eve of the EU/Latin America summit (see...
