16/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The "Association française des conseils en lobbying et affaires publiques" (AFCL) has elected Jean-Christophe Adler, Associate Director of Communications and Institutions, as president to replace Yves Jambu-Merlin, Vice President of Euro RSCG C&O. AFCL advises firms and institutions in their relations with the political and administrative policy decision-making centres as well as with NGOs (Info.: www.afcl.net).
