Brussels, 16/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - According to data published by Eurostat on Tuesday the euro-zone, the government deficit increased from 2.3% of GDP in 2002 to 2.7% in 2003, and in the EU15 the deficit rose from 2.0% in 2002 to 2.6% .
