16/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 11 March, the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted a regulation adapting the quantitative restrictions imposed by the Community on imports of textile products and clothing from third countries. This change to quotas was made necessary by the accession of ten new Member States on 1 May 2004.
