Brussels, 21/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - European Commissioner Pascal Lamy will be returning to Europe this Thursday, after a productive mission in Asia, including the support of the ten Asean countries- plus India, at the beginning of the week, and of 37 countries in the region which took part in the trade conference in Dacca last weekend- to the now generalised appeal for negotiations on the Doha Development Agenda to be restarted as a matter of urgency.
