Brussels, 27/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the Council adopted a directive put forward by Germany to govern the transit via another member state of persons expelled by plane. The proposal sets out the methods for transit, the reasons for refusal and the sharing of costs, and it is accompanied by a standard form for requesting assistance.
