Commission plans to present guidelines and White Paper on services of general interest in 2004

Brussels, 27/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Next spring, the European Commission may present a White Paper on services of general interest, Anne Houtman, assistant Chef de Cabinet for the Commission President, Romano Prodi, said on Wednesday during a conference organised by ISUPE (initiative group for public services in Europe) with the European Policy Studies Group (EPSG).
