Brussels, 27/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Franz Fischler is to attend the 32nd conference of the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organisation in Rome on Monday and Tuesday. Mr Fischler will give a speech on the state of play in agricultural negotiations within the WTO, and meet Ministers from developing countries.
