Brussels, 27/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the following operations by the accelerated procedure, both total take-overs. Swedish garden tool group Global Garden Products Sweden Förvaltning AB will be taken over by the British subsidiary of the Dutch ABN Amro; and French group Transciel will be taken over by its compatriot Cap Gemini, in the information technology sector.
