Brussels, 17/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Foreign Ministers of the EU, who met on Monday under the chairmanship of Franco Frattini, held a short debate on Iraq with Commissioner Chris Patten, in the light of the result of the Madrid Donors' Conference, the conditions of growing insecurity and the new prospects for transferring political sovereignty to the Iraqis.
