EFA wants to become a "European Political party" but is not represented in all Member States

Brussels, 17/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Free Alliance (EFA) of national, regional and independentist parties has officially decided to form a "European political party" explained MEP Nelly Maes in Brussels on Friday, accompanied by Scottish National Party MEP Neil MacCormick.
