EU criticises Israel's boycott of EU Representative for the Middle East and the planned wall

Brussels, 17/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday evening, the European Union was planning to protest at Israel's boycott of EU Representative for the Middle East, Belgian national Marc Otte. At the "political dialogue" Council in Brussels on Monday evening, the EU was expected to signal to Israeli foreign minister Silvan Shalom that it felt Israel's refusal to meet people who were in dialogue with Yasser Arafat damaged bilateral dialogue.
