17/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - At the opening of the plenary session of the European Parliament on Monday in Strasbourg, British Conservative Roy Perry expressed his sympathy and that of the port workers in Southampton (in Mr Perry's constituency) for the families of the victims of the accident at Saint-Nazaire in France (where a bridge to the Queen Mary collapsed with a high death toll).
