17/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Times on Monday reports that representatives of the oil industry in the UK called for an urgent meeting with Jack Straw to explain their fears that the future European Constitution might give the EU control over North Sea oil. The Oil and Gas Industry Leadership Team has written to the Foreign Secretary to this effect.
