Brussels, 12/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - During their second summit on 10-11 November in Brussels, the Presidents of the EPP-ED parliamentary groups at the European Parliament and the national parliaments of the enlarged Europe (with 25 members), under the Presidency of Hans-Gert Pöttering and in the presence of the President of the EU Council, Franco Frattini, discussed preparations of the Congress of the European Popular Party of 5-6 February 2004 in Brussels (in view of the June elections)...
