Kiev, 12/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Speaking at a conference on the EU's new neighbours policy ("Wider Europe"), Chris Patten, Commissioner for External Relations, stressed enlargement's potential for the "future" neighbours of the EU, who will find themselves faced with a market of 450 million inhabitants.
