Brussels, 12/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - After last week's unblocking of the historic dispute between Liechtenstein and the Czech Republic and Slovakia (see EUROPE of 7 November, p.11), the agreement on extending the European Economic Area (EEA) to the ten future EU Member States was signed on 11 November in Brussels by representatives of the 28 countries concerned: the fifteen members of the current EU, the ten acceding countries and the three EFTA countries that are part of the EEA: Norway,...
