Brussels, 12/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The second European Parliament of People with Disabilities was held on 10-11 November at the EP in Brussels. It was jointly organised by the European Forum of People with Disabilities, together with funding by the European Commission, as part of the European Year of People with Disabilities. Almost 200 delegates from local, national and European organisations representing the disabled from 28 countries (the EU-15 as well as the future new Member States...
